Accessibility

Everyone is welcome at the Letchworth Centre!

Our building is over 100 years old and unfortunately its physical layout restricts access in certain areas for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. Please advise us in advance if you have any specific additional requirements/needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

There are two buildings at the Centre:

The Sadie Centre – where classes and meetings take place (and home to the Rosehill Café)

The Roth Building – where our reception is located and treatment, therapy and counselling rooms are located

Travel and Parking

Sadie Centre: There are dedicated ‘blue badge’ parking spaces available for customers with mobility difficulties; at the front of the Sadie Centre.

Roth Building: Please advise reception in advance of your visit if you require a space to be reserved for you near to the entrance.

 Access to the Centre

Sade Centre: has a wide-door level access for wheelchairs to all areas

Roth Building: Some of the rooms we use are located upstairs and unfortunately we do not have a lift. If you are visiting us to receive a treatment, therapy or counselling, please advise us in advance of your visit of any additional requirements that you may have in order for us to help you as much as possible.

Toilets

We have a unisex accessible toilet on ground level located in the Sadie Centre.

 Assistance Dogs

The Letchworth Centre welcomes assistance dogs in all areas of the building. Please speak to Reception about any special requirements when booking. No other animals are permitted in any area of the building.
