A Self-help Energy Psychology course – for stress, anxiety and depression
This 5-week Energy Psychology programme offers a rare opportunity for you to work on issues of depression, anxiety and stress using the methods of Energy Psychology under the direction of an acknowledged expert in the field. You will learn easy-to-use mind-body techniques to enable you to work with your body’s own energy system, as well as with your thoughts and emotions, to bring about rapid and deep resolution of stress.
Energy Psychology does not require extensive verbalisation or sharing of details surrounding a problem – and so personal privacy and confidentiality can be preserved in the group sessions.
While the programme is open to all, it should not be considered as a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Phil Mollon PhD is a clinical psychologist, psychoanalyst, and energy psychotherapist. He is recognised internationally as a pioneering expert in this exciting emerging field of energy psychology – and is currently President of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology [ACEP]. Dr Mollon has over 40 years clinical experience and worked for most of this time as head of psychology and psychotherapy services in the North Herts NHS.
