Workshops – whether ½ or full day – offer an introduction to a subject or serve as a means of deepening one’s skills and knowledge without the commitment required by a weekly class. Along with retreats, they can provide oases of peace within the framework of our busy and frequently pressured lives. We hope many of you will join us on these very special journeys of discovery.
Please note that bookings and payments for all workshops and retreats must be made by 1pm on the Friday before the workshop or retreat.
