Pilates classes at the Letchworth Centre – Pilates exercises improve your body’s tone and postural alignment by strengthening core muscles increasing flexibility and preventing and alleviating back problems.

This course will introduce Pilates principles during the first sessions and then will cover basic Pilates exercises thereafter.

Basic exercises with more advanced options for those who have been studying Pilates for longer.  Pilates principles will be reviewed in the first session.

Improvers Pilates
Suitable for those who have been at beginners’ level for more than three terms or by agreement with the class teacher. The programme offers a mixture of basic Pilates exercises with progressions to take students up to intermediate level exercises.

Intermediate Pilates
These classes are suitable for students without injuries and illnesses and by agreement with the class teacher.
