Restorative Yoga

80711_014thbThis class is suitable for people living with cancer, mental health issues, restricted movement, breathing disorders or who have chronic conditions such as ME or MS.   Open to anyone who would benefit from sessions focussed on simple posture work, deep relaxation, breath awareness and healing.
The tutors are happy for you to contact them to discuss your individual needs.

 

We recommend that you  bring your own mat.
