Judy Hammond BEd, ANATD, MSTAT


Judy has been teaching Alexander Technique, Mindful Movement, relaxation and dance for around three decades.  She is a lifelong mover and dancer with many years of experience with Pilates, Yoga, T’ai Chi, Chi Gong and Middle Eastern dance.  She loves to help people of all ages and walks of life find pleasure in movement and rediscover some of the freedom and easy uprightness we all had as children!  For further information click here.
