Gentle Yoga exercises during pregnancy can promote health and lead to a more confident birth. In this popular class you will learn how to use hypno-breathing techniques alongside postures which strengthen, give flexibility and release tension and how to use . You will be supported by a community of other mothers-to-be over tea and a chat. This is an ongoing class for which you can book at any point at a pro-rata cost.
NB: You need to have reached your 16th week of pregnancy to participate in this class

“I would really recommend signing up to an online class. Lockdown has meant that my pregnancy hasn’t been what I’d always thought it would be. Being able to still access a class has meant the world to me and helped me to have some sort of normality back. Each session starts off with a catch up where worries, good news and body aches are discussed in a non judgemental way. I have learnt so much from all of the other mum’s to be and Tracey during these chats. The class is very welcoming and even though there are a few of you in the group, Tracey makes it feel personal by suggesting targeted stretches/exercises depending on the complaints you have discussed at the beginning of the session or through the WhatsApp group.
