Ballet for Adults

You will dance, get fit and have great fun in this popular Ballet for Adults class which includes barre work (for greater flexibility and balance), centre work (for toning) and simple ballet routines.  Open to anyone over 16.  The class is from Grade 4 level.

Progressing Ballet Technique

In this innovative programme originally designed for professional dancers by Marie Walton-Mahon, you will learn to use muscle memory to help you achieve your personal best in classical ballet. Core stability, weight placement and alignment will all you perform exercises involving a fitness ball (you will need to bring be enhanced as your own), a small soft ball, and a golf-ball sized prop as well as a theraband, ballet barre and mat.
