Caring for the Self Yoga

 

 

 

This is a weekly drop-in class aimed at rediscovering vitality, joy and inner peace.  Ideal for carers and those living with long-term conditions, the gentle Kundalini Yoga postures can be adapted to meet most needs and can be done on a chair or on a mat.

The class is followed by an opportunity for
chatting over tea and biscuits.
