This 9-week Deepening Mindfulness course is an opportunity to move more deeply into mindfulness, to explore more of what it means to be a human ‘being’ rather than just a human ‘doing‘, to come into deeper connection with ourselves and with life.
We live in challenging times, so it’s all the more important for us to be able to access the peace, wisdom, compassion and joy that already exist within us, underneath our activities and concerns.
If you have completed MBSR or another mindfulness course and you have a sense that there’s more to discover, then come and be supported in following your mindfulness journey further.
Themes will include the Listening Space, the Compassionate Heart, Whole Body Aliveness and Coming into Presence.
