This 8-week online Deepening Mindfulness course is an opportunity to move more deeply into mindfulness, to explore more of what it means to be a human ‘being’ rather than just a human ‘doing‘, to come into deeper connection with ourselves and with life.
We live in challenging times, so it’s all the more important for us to be able to access the peace, wisdom, compassion and joy that already exist within us, underneath our activities and concerns.
If you have completed MBSR or another mindfulness course and you have a sense that there’s more to discover, then come and be supported in following your mindfulness journey further.
Themes will include the Listening Space, the Compassionate Heart, Whole Body Aliveness and Coming into Presence.
This course will run online via Zoom for a small group of up to 8 participants. There will be short daily exercises to practise at home. The course includes a 1:1 introduction with Helena beforehand, where you can discuss any concerns you may have and make sure the course is right for you.
