Learning mindfulness together with your teen will enable you to support each other to put Mindfulness into practice in your daily lives. You will learn tools and techniques to help each of you to better manage stress and give you the resilience to cope with the difficult teenage years.
Themes covered will include attention, willpower, gratitude, kindness to self and others, resilience and appreciation – while practical tools include exam and sleep techniques as well as quick stress busters.
