The Feldenkrais approach is a method of education which profoundly increases our body awareness and addresses underlying patterns that cause everyday movements to become uncomfortable and sometimes painful. A perfect complement to the Alexander Technique, it is a valuable standalone approach which allows discovery and exploration of new ways of moving and being – whether in everyday activities or in the practice of Yoga, Pilates, dance, running, cycling and more.
The Feldenkrais Method works on many levels, physical, emotional and how we think and organise.
Classes will be held online. Please make sure to join the meeting a few moments earlier so we can make sure that the tutor can see the whole of your yoga mat easily. It is best if your device/camera is higher rather than floor level. Please wear lighter colours rather than black. Have extra items ready like towels or blankets or small cushions that you can use for extra comfort if needed.
