The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic movement practice that allows you to let go of discomfort and pain, helps to improve your overall mobility, posture and mental and physical well being. Most lessons are done lying on the floor, some are done sitting. You always work within your comfort zone and attention to detail which makes this a safe and accessible way to address your issues and interests. Juliana is available to speak to you before the course begins if you have special requirements or questions.
