Past students of Kundalini Yoga have been astonished by the transformative power of this technique. Its practice has been shown to activate the pineal gland and cause the release of chemicals in the brain which change how you see yourself and the world. Posture and breath work along with mantra and meditation are all part of the wonderfully gentle workout.
This class is suitable for all levels and for anyone aged over 16.
