These Mindfulness Practice Group sessions are for students who have completed a 9 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course or Mindful Self-Compassion course and want to refresh their practice and support the ongoing development of mindfulness in their lives.
In addition to these sessions, during the current circumstances, Helena is offering an hourly practice group, payable by donation to the Centre, on the weeks when the scheduled groups aren’t running. Information on these is sent out regularly via email.
A Morning of Mindfulness – online
You are invited to join us for a nourishing Sunday morning of silent practice. We will do a variety of practices and won’t be at the screen for too long at a time. You will need somewhere comfortable and warm to lie down, sit and move. Mindful walking can be inside or outside. Please bring a piece of delicious chocolate! This Practice Day is open to anyone who has completed a Mindfulness course. It will be a silent online session.
