Mindfulness Practice Group

These Mindfulness Practice Group sessions are for students who have completed the 9 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and want to refresh their practice and support the ongoing development of mindfulness in their lives.

Please note, there are just 10 places available, which need to be booked in advance.

Please note that while the sessions are being run online the timing of them has changed to 19.00 – 20.30

In addition to these sessions, during the current circumstances, Helena is offering an hourly practice group, payable by donation to the Centre, on the weeks when the scheduled groups aren’t running. Information on these is sent out regularly via email.
