Karen Cronin is a youth mentor and is currently working with students at Springboard North Herts College as a learning mentor and mindfulness coach. She works with children who have ASD, ADHD and generalised anxiety disorders. Karen specialises in helping children understand anxiety and assists them in overcoming barriers to learning. Following MBSR and Youth Mindfulness training Karen has been teaching young people the benefits of mindfulness and how it can help regulate emotions and enhance happiness. She is very passionate about equipping young people with the skills they need to form resilience for the years ahead, and for the emotional wellbeing needed to cope in today’s society.
