This specially designed eight week mindfulness course for teens will provide techniques and tools to empower them to better regulate their emotions, manage stress and reduce overthinking. This course uses theory and practice to equip young people with resilience to cope with the difficult years ahead and help them navigate their own way through pressured times. Please note that your child will need to be in Year 7 and above to participate in this course.
