Moving through the Menopause – Marking Transition through Movement

Dance has been used to mark life’s milestones throughout time…

This powerful new course offers an opportunity to explore — through creative movement – some of those thoughts and feelings related to mid-life and the menopause and provides an opportunity for self-expression and connection with others through rhythm, synchrony and play.  The principles of Laban Movement and mindful reflection underpin the work – which can improve posture, flexibility and co-ordination.

No previous dance experience is necessary.  We dance in bare feet or soft dance shoes.
