During the present health crisis, we have had to pause all our face-to-face classes. Many are now delivered remotely via Zoom in blocks of 4 or 6 weeks (rather than on a termly basis as we’d done previously) and are listed below. In instances where the Book Now button does not appear on the screen, you will need to telephone us (01462 678804) to enrol. Note that all online classes must be booked 48 hours in advance so that we can send you the necessary access code.
For reasons of safety, these classes are only open to existing students or those with previous Pilates experience. Please ring 01462 678804 if you are new to the Centre (but not new to Pilates) and would like to enquire about enrolling.
Pilates on the Ball
These online Mindfulness Practice Group sessions are for students who have completed the 9 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and want to refresh their practice and support the ongoing development of mindfulness in their lives.
Please note that while the sessions are being run online the timing of them has changed to 19.00 – 20.30
