During the present health crisis, we have had to pause all our face-to-face classes. Many are now delivered remotely via Zoom in blocks of 4 or 6 weeks (rather than on a termly basis as we’d done previously) and are listed below. In instances where the Book Now button does not appear on the screen, you will need to telephone us (01462 678804) to enrol. Note that all online classes must be booked 48 hours in advance so that we can send you the necessary access code.
For reasons of safety, these classes are only open to existing students or those with previous Pilates experience. Your booking will allow you to participate – free of charge – in TWO extra sessions a week taught by your tutor. Please ring 01462 678804 if you are new to the Centre (but not new to Pilates) and would like to enquire about enrolling.
Pilates on the Ball
Your booking will allow you to participate – free of charge – in TWO extra sessions of your choice each week. Note, however, that this does not extend to the class taught by Brendan Murphy.
For insurance purposes all Yoga tutors are required to contact you in advance before you can participate in a different Yoga class, please email [email protected] listing the two additional classes you would like to participate in. Please be aware that the tutors who do not usually teach you will need to speak to you about any pre-existing health conditions you may have and it may preclude you from participating in some of the additional sessions.

These online Mindfulness Practice Group sessions are for students who have completed the 9 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and want to refresh their practice and support the ongoing development of mindfulness in their lives.
Please note that while the sessions are being run online the timing of them has changed to 19.00 – 20.30
