Online Classes

During the present health crisis, we have had to pause all our face-to-face classes. Many are now delivered remotely via Zoom in blocks of 4 or 6 weeks (rather than on a termly basis as we’d done previously) and are listed below. In instances where the Book Now button does not appear on the screen, you will need to telephone us (01462 678804) to enrol.  Note that all online classes must be booked 48 hours in advance so that we can send you the necessary access code.

Mindfulness

These online Mindfulness Practice Group sessions are for students who have completed the 9 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and want to refresh their practice and support the ongoing development of mindfulness in their lives.

Please note that while the sessions are being run online the timing of them has changed to 19.00 – 20.30

Mindfulness – Finding Peace in a Frantic World

This course will run online via Zoom for a small group of up to 8 participants. There will be short daily exercises to practice at home. The course includes a 1:1 introduction with Helena beforehand, where you can discuss any concerns you may have and make sure the course is right for you.

Deepening Mindfulness

This 8-week online Deepening Mindfulness course is an opportunity to move more deeply into mindfulness, to explore more of what it means to be a human ‘being’ rather than just a human ‘doing‘, to come into deeper connection with ourselves and with life.
