Mini Yoga (for parent and child)

MiniYoga presents a magical programme of Yoga postures combined with breathing, visualisation and relaxation techniques to support your child’s transition from babyhood to more developed forms of self-expression.  The sessions provide a positive shared routine and an opportunity for parents and caregivers to both exercise and have fun with their little ones.  Stories, songs and rhymes are brought alive through interactive movement and loving, playful contact – creating wonderful foundations for a life together.

Please bring your own mat as we are unable to provide any equipment
