Testimonials from some of our students:

“Just wanted to say thank you so much for today’s session.  Came away feeling energised and positive.  It is such a lovely group of people, you have really helped me to change my outlook, deal with things differently and basically given me hope in dealing with my ‘lot’.

I hope you realise how much I value the Saturday class and your friendship.  I have not taken a “happy pill’, just wanted you to know, that’s all.”

“For more than twenty years I have suffered with chronic pain, followed by crippling fatigue. I thought a Restorative Yoga class would be too hard and everyone would look at me and judge. When I went to the first class I noticed that everyone had health issues and that helped me to not feel so self-conscious of what I was not able to do or find difficult. The group made me feel like I fitted in. I have always been fortunate to belong to a friendly, sociable class.”
