Sunday, 15 July 9.30-21.00Yoga Immersion Retreat – Releasing Anxiety and Opening the Heart to the Four Immeasurable Qualities of Buddhism with Sarah O’Connor, Senior BWY Teacher and Director of MindFlow Yoga.
