Fun and accessible, these classes will help improve your mobility, posture, coordination, and energy
levels, no matter how old you are. While, specially designed for older learners with a range of abilities all ages are welcome. Tea and biscuits follow.
Any dance shoes or bare feet are suitable.
SSB2 – 3 weeks – last class on 15 February
SSB1 – 4 weeks – last class on 5 April
