Yoga Therapy, when run in a group setting, focuses on a specific health concern and tailors yoga techniques for that condition. During this course, students will learn techniques to help manage the symptoms of anxiety in their daily lives.
The sessions will include breathing techniques, movement, inquiry around anxiety including group discussions and self-reflection, relaxation and meditation. Homework will also be given to help bring yoga into daily living.
This course is suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
