T’ai Chi is an ancient form of gentle stylised movement well known for its ability to strengthen leg muscles, improve balance, still the mind and enhance general health. COST £6 per session


Mindful Meditation Drop-in Sessions

These offer a very special opportunity to experience great peace and stillness with a master of meditation. There is no fixed fee, but a donation is suggested– which goes to fund young people’s Mindfulness programmes. COST – by donation

Caring Yoga Drop-in Sessions

This is a drop-in class aimed at re-discovering vitality, joy and inner peace.  Ideal for carers and those living with long-term conditions, the Kundalini Yoga postures can be adapted to meet most needs and can be done on a chair or on a mat.  COST £5 per session

Yoga Classes – Advanced

Please note that Lorraine Woods’ classes are £8 per session payable on the day of the class (cash and cheque only).  These classes do not need to be pre-booked.  Lorraine also operates a card system where you can purchase a card valid for 12 classes at a cost of £90 which allows you to attend any of Lorraine’s seven classes held at the Letchworth Centre whenever you like.  These classes are only suitable for experienced students. 

Price increase
From 1 September 2019 the price per session will increase to £8.25 and a card will increase to £93.

Please take your electronic receipt after you have purchased the card online to your next class with Lorraine and she will issue you with a pre-payment card.
