Sports Therapy Treatments

Sports therapy treatments have been proven to be some of the most effective methods of treating those soft tissue injuries which cause pain and restricted movement. employing advanced deep connective tissue techniques, they can break down internal scar tissue, realign muscle fibre and encourage dispersal of waste products.  They encourage healing, reduce pain and stiffness, improve circulation and increase muscle and joint flexibility and suppleness.  They can, moreover, prevent additional injury by addressing existing muscle weakness.  Ultrasound and infrared lamp are available on request and as appropriate.
