Orthopathy aims to restore the body’s structure, health and dynamics to normal, using physical treatment in combination with nutritional and lifestyle advice and other appropriate therapeutic systems such as Homeopathy or Herbalism. Orthopaths are trained in an original physical therapy such as osteopathy, chiropathy or physiotherapy, and often have expanded their therapeutic approach. Orthopathy believes in co-operating with conventional modern medicine but places a significant emphasis on nurturing and activating the body’s natural healing abilities.
