Sylvia Sterling is an experienced counsellor and supervisor. She works in an integrative way
calling on all the training she has had and her 15 years of working in this field to help the
client find the best tools to manage their life differently and make the changes they want.
She works with individuals and couples on a both a long and short term basis specialising in
Anxiety, Depression and communication in relationships. Sylvia is an Accredited member of
the BACP and works according to their ethical framework and guidelines.
Katrina Gibbons-Marshall trained on an MA/PgD accredited psychodynamic course from
the University of Hertfordshire. She is a Member of BACP and a member of Spiritual well
being . Katrina is Addiction 12-step trained and specialises in trauma and working with
children and teenagers.
Isabel Kucuk is a qualified psychodynamic counsellor, trained at the University of Hertfordshire. She is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Isabel works with clients to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship where they can explore both past and present aspects of their life, creating self awareness for clients to cope differently with psychological and emotional issues they may feel are unsettling them. Isabel has particular experience and interest in working with: depression, anxiety, bereavement, losses, difficult relationships, stress, loss of self-confidence, low self-esteem, eating disorders, transitional times in life, trauma and cultural diversity. Isabel has experience of working with adults, older people, couples and young people. Isabel undertakes regular training to develop and enhance her established practice and abides by the BACP’s Ethical Framework. Isabel offers face to face and online counselling. She practices at the Centre on Tuesday evenings, Fridays and Saturdays.
