This specially designed eight week mindfulness course for teens is now available at the Centre and will provide techniques and tools to empower young people to be able to regulate emotions, manage stress and reduce overthinking. This course uses theory and practice to equip young people with resilience to cope with the difficult years ahead and aid them to navigate their own way through pressured times. Please note that your child will need to be in Year 7 and above to participate in this course.
