My experience has been calming but I realise how muddling it can be to get to the calm moments.  The exercises have been useful as a starting point but I need a lot of practice.  It has definitely been worth the time to be introduced to mindfulness.

I really enjoyed this course and felt very peaceful and calm at the end.  I particularly liked the “walking” exercise.  When people spoke of the different issues that they hoped mindfulness could help them with I realised how alike we all are, in dealing with the same issues.
