All classes must be paid for in advance before term begins.
Class refunds – Once term has begun, refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and subject to a £20 administration fee. All refund requests must be made in writing. In any refund situation we will always try to offer you an appropriate alternative course. If you are refunded during the course of the term your place is then cancelled and offered to the next person on the waiting list. Priority status is then transferred to them.
Missed Classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable to next term’s fees. If you have missed a class during the term we are unable to offer a catch-up class.
Workshop refunds – Cancellations must be made a minimum of 7 days before the workshop is scheduled to run. No refunds can be made after the 7 day deadline. If the workshop is not viable due to insufficient numbers we will refund.
Concessions – We regret that we are unable to offer concessionary rates on Pilates and children’s programmes. Please enquire at Reception for an application form.
Severe weather – Check our website before setting out on your journey to confirm that we are open.
Summer Holiday Classes
Bookings: Classes must be pre-booked at least one week in advance to enable us to judge whether a class is viable and likely to go ahead. Bookings on the day are not recommended as the class may be full or may not be running.
We regret but holiday sessions cannot be used for catch-up for term-time classes and payment for holiday classes is non-transferrable to the next term’s fees.
Venue: All classes will be held at the Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living
Refunds: No refunds given unless there are insufficient numbers; the Centre will then cancel the class and refund accordingly.
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone this appointment.
