Monthly Movement Lab : Dynamic Abs with Jessie Skeggs

Each 4th Wednesday of the month, Jessie Skeggs delivers a workshop which focuses on a different part of the body. This month is all about Dynamic Abs

What are the abs there for? To look good? Or to be useful to us? What if they could be both! Discover and feel how our abdominals enjoy to be trained in line with their design and function and upgrade any current ab training methods you are employing to get the most from your practice.

Jessie Skeggs has been teaching movement for over 25 years, first as an advanced Personal Trainer for Holmes Place, Fulham, then in 2003 becoming a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates, over that time she trained teachers on the mat work courses at The Body Control Academy®, London and is still a supervising teacher. In 2020 she became a Franklin Method® Educator graduating Level 3 in 2023. Known as The Movement Coach, Jessie runs The Movement Lab which is her vehicle for making movement knowledge more accessible to a wider audience. She holds Monthly Movement Labs here at the centre and loves nothing better than breaking down barriers to movement for all types of bodies and also teaches Beginner Pilates.
