Sports Therapy Treatments

Sports therapy treatments have been proven to be some of the most effective methods of treating soft tissue injuries which cause pain and restrict movement. Advanced deep connective tissue techniques are employed to break down internal scar tissue, realign muscle fibres and assist in the dispersal of waste products. This encourages healing, reduces pain and stiffness, improves circulation and increases muscle and joint suppleness. It can also work to prevent additional injury by addressing existing muscle weakness. Ultrasound and infrared lamps are available on request and as appropriate.
