    Tuesdays 2.15pm to 3.30pm starting on 30th April to 4th June

    A brand new course combining yoga for mothers and their babies.

    For babies: As part of the session we will also be practising fun baby yoga moves and songs that will help with your baby’s physical milestones and brain development.

    The aim of each session is that you will learn and practise a variety of simple and practical techniques dedicated to your wellbeing and self-care.

    Sessions end with a relaxation where Justina will look after your babies so you can enjoy a guided relaxation on your mat. The course includes refreshments and handouts for you to take home and practise.

    For mamas: Each week we will practise a themed sequence that will help strengthen, heal and restore the body, mind and spirit.

 

Justina Perry is a leading expert in prenatal, postnatal and infant wellbeing.

She is the founder of the award-winning MamaBabyBliss, a social enterprise dedicated to the wellbeing of mothers, babies and mothers-to-be across the UK. Passionate about prenatal and postnatal mental health and with over a decade of experience, Justina has supported thousands of parents and babies and  trains perinatal mental health teams within the NHS. She has also contributed to the BBC, ITV, Pampers, Mamas & Papas, Mothercare and the Baby Show.
