  • Antenatal Yoga with Kerrie Bond

    Wednesdays 10th April to 15th May - 7:15pm - 8:45pm (5 classes)

You need to have reached your 14th week of pregnancy to participate in this class.

Antenatal yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your body and prepare for the journey of motherhood. Led by Kerrie Bond, this class can help you stay active and calm during your pregnancy.

During the session, you will learn various yoga poses and gentle stretches specifically designed for pregnancy. These movements can help improve flexibility, relieve any discomfort, and promote relaxation. The serene atmosphere and supportive environment will ensure you feel comfortable and empowered throughout the class.

Yoga is not only beneficial for your physical well-being but also for your mental and emotional health. It provides a nurturing space to bond with your baby and connect with other mums-to-be in a supportive community. There will be herbal tea and biscuits at the end of each class and time to chat.

We recommend that you purchase a birthing ball.

This is an ongoing course for which you can book at any point at a pro-rata cost.
