    We’re incredibly proud of our reputation for delivering excellence in Yoga, which we have built over thirty years. Yoga is a wonderful form of exercise, suitable for all ages. We offer a wide range classes so you’ll find a class that meets your needs at your own level of experience or ability.

    Please note: Students will need to bring your own yoga mat and any props to support your practice such as yoga straps, blocks, bricks and blankets.
