Pranic Healing

Prana, the Sanskrit word for ‘life force’, is known as Qi/chi in China and Ki in Japan (hence, Reiki), is thought to be transported over meridians – much like the system of veins and arteries which carry blood around the body.  This energy system both surrounds and interpenetrates our physical body.

While illness, stress and trauma, as well as negative emotions such as anger or fear can all cause blockages in the energy body, pranic healing can restore and regulate the smooth flow of prana.  By accelerating the body’s own inner healing ability, it can help with a great range of physical and emotional issues.

These sessions will take place on Thursdays 10:30am, 11:30am, 1pm & 2pm
